If you’re self-isolating during this coronavirus crisis, there’s no excuse for not keeping fit.

Our C’Fit trainer, Dawn, has produced this video for one of her classes and it’s suitable for our C’Fit participants as well.  There’s a choice of exercises for warm-up, main exercise and cool-down so you can choose the ones that suit you.
Do bear in mind that each cancer patient is different and you’ll already know what you can do and what you shouldn’t do depending on your circumstances.
