The Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Scheme at the Osprey Leisure Centre is aimed at cancer patients and run by Dawn, a qualified Level 4 Cancer Rehab Exercise specialist.

If you are interested, please check out the Information Leaflet for more details.

From 21 July 2021, Osprey plan to get back to ‘nearly normal’ with attendees registering in one of the classrooms and taking their blood pressure before heading off to the hall to start the usual circuit at 11am.
Cleaning materials will be available for sanitising any equipment you use and there will be plenty of room for social distancing.

You will need to get a referral from your GP or other health care professional, so give them the Referral Leaflet.  This gives them the information they need about the scheme together with the referral form itself.  Ask them to complete the form to confirm that they are happy for you to take part.

Once you have your referral, contact Dawn on cfit@csiders.org or leave a message for her at the Osprey Leisure Centre.  Dawn will then contact you to arrange an initial assessment.

Remember this is for anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis, recently or in the past, who may benefit from gentle exercise.   If you can help to publicise the scheme, please use this poster.  Thank you.
