Group Meeting – Drumming for Wellbeing

Come and have a go at African Drumming. Said to be a great mood booster, and a lot of fun. There will be drums, Samba Drums, Boomwhackers and other percussion instruments. You will be guided by the lovely Sharon and co as to what to do.
Said to have a positive effect on your health, stress, fatigue, chronic pain.
