5K Your Way – Move Against Cancer

A fantastic day at the lakes with 17 of us going. The weather held off for us and we had a lovely wander, followed by lunch or  coffee.  We came home feeling very relaxed.

Following your week off on Wednesday, 30 November, things are back to normal from 7 December.  

This 5k Your Way Parkrun is on the last Saturday of each month,  at 9am in Lodmoor Country Park. It’s free and anyone impacted by cancer is encouraged to join in – walk, run or jog at their own pace
