Now that we’re back in lockdown, our C’Fit trainer, Dawn, wants to remind us all that we need to keep exercising. The official guidance is 150 minutes a week – only 30 minutes a day for 5 days of the week doesn’t sound so bad. She also recommends Sit to Stand and Squats – she knows you love them!
Dawn has produced a few videos for one of her classes and they’re suitable for our C’Fit participants as well but remember that, as a cancer patient, there may be exercises that you can do and others that you shouldn’t, so bear that in mind.
The first of these is a full exercise workout to follow which lasts about 45 minutes, the second and third together make up an alternative full exercise programme.
